Mark Turizm İnşaat Gıda Danışmanlık ve Organizasyon Ticaret Limited Şirketi was established in 2017. We work in international service exports, helping foreign nationals organise the information and steps involved in travelling to Türkiye.

A visa application needs to fit the person making it. Citizenship, passport category, travel purpose, entry date, intended stay and supporting documents can each affect the conditions that apply. Two travellers with the same citizenship may therefore need to follow different requirements.

Our role is to bring those details together in a clearer application workflow. Multilingual forms, checks for missing or inconsistent information, secure payment and application tracking are part of that work. Travel-planning help is available within the service package selected by the applicant.

You should be able to understand the service before paying for it: what work it covers, which information is needed, how the charges are divided and how to follow the application afterwards. Clear information at each stage is central to our approach.

The support required is not identical for every traveller. A person may need help preparing application details, another may need a closer document review, and another may want a more detailed Türkiye travel plan. We organise the service around the application category and the scope the applicant chooses.

The online Türkiye visa route is available for eligible nationalities and travel documents for short tourism or business visits. Eligible applicants can use the Republic of Türkiye’s official portal themselves; private consultancy is not a requirement.

Mark Turizm provides a separate, optional paid service at the applicant’s request. Depending on the package, this can include preparing application details, reviewing consistency with the passport and travel dates, following the payment and document-delivery steps, and preparing a personal Türkiye travel plan.

Before choosing an online application route, check more than nationality alone. Passport type, intended purpose, entry date and any supporting document must be considered together. Some travellers are not eligible to apply online; others must satisfy additional conditions first.

Details to review before applying:

• Travel purpose: This online visa route concerns tourism and business visits. Work, study, long-term residence, family reunification, treatment and similar purposes may require another procedure.
• Citizenship and travel document: Check the conditions for both your nationality and your passport category; ordinary, diplomatic, service and special passports may be treated differently.
• Each traveller: Every person needs a separate visa, including babies and children, even when recorded in a parent’s passport.
• Passport validity: Your passport or replacement travel document must remain valid for at least 60 days after the visa, visa-exemption or residence-permit period ends. Check any additional country-specific conditions shown during the application.
• Matching information: Names, date of birth, passport number, nationality and document details must agree with the passport. A small typing mistake can matter when travelling.
• Corrections after issue: Information on a visa issued through the online system cannot be amended. Incorrect details may require a fresh application, and the earlier payment may not be refundable.
• Validity and permitted stay: The dates when a visa can be used and the number of days permitted in Türkiye are different limits. Read both.
• Arrival date: A new application may be needed if you wish to arrive before the start date on the visa.
• Completing the steps: Email confirmation and payment must be finished within the stated time limits. An expired transaction may need to be started again.
• Your copy: Border checks may be electronic, but carrying a digital or printed copy of the visa is advisable in case access to the system is interrupted.

Depending on citizenship, further conditions can include a return or onward ticket, accommodation details, sufficient funds, a particular airline, arrival by air, an age condition or a valid Schengen, United States, United Kingdom or Ireland visa or residence permit. Use the conditions shown for your own application rather than assuming that one list applies to everyone.

If a supporting visa or residence permit is required, it must be valid on the day you enter Türkiye. A visa issued electronically by another country may not qualify. Check the document type, expiry date and the conditions attached to your application before travelling.

An invalid visa or incorrect information can lead to denied boarding, lost flight or accommodation costs, or refusal of entry. Our checks are intended to reduce avoidable mistakes. They do not guarantee a visa, a decision by a particular time or admission to Türkiye.

We aim to make the preparation and follow-up easier to understand. The service is organised around the applicant’s needs and the selected package, with clear limits on what private consultancy can do.

• Multilingual forms: Application forms and explanations help travellers submit the requested details in a language they can follow.
• Route and eligibility review: We consider nationality, passport category, purpose and the displayed conditions when reviewing the appropriate application route.
• Consistency review: Personal details, passport information, travel dates and document information are checked for obvious discrepancies.
• Requested files: Files may include supporting documents, hotel reservations, return tickets, invitations and medical or education documents, according to the application type. Where photographs or files are requested, review concerns readability, format and applicable document consistency; it does not guarantee biometric compliance or acceptance by the authorities.
• Clarifying missing information: We contact the applicant if details are absent, unclear or inconsistent.
• Payment information: The relevant visa fee, processing cost, tax and consultancy charge are presented before payment.
• Application follow-up: The service includes guidance on status changes, requests for additional information and result notification.
• Travel preparation: A personal plan and practical checklists may be prepared within the chosen consultancy package.

From First Details to Follow-up

• Initial information: The applicant enters the basic details requested by the pre-application or application form.
• First review: We consider the travel purpose, nationality, passport type and selected transaction category.
• Additional details: If the category requires them, further information, files or explanations may be requested.
• Service selection: The applicant chooses the relevant application flow or an optional consultancy package.
• Charges: The visa fee, processing cost, tax and any consultancy charge are shown before payment.
• Payment: Secure payment infrastructure and checks against misuse support the transaction.
• Information review: We flag obvious errors, missing details or inconsistencies that we identify.
• Follow-up: The steps covered by the selected service are carried out and relevant status changes are followed.
• Result: Approval is decided by the competent authorities. The relevant result or document information is then sent to the applicant; refusal, further review or waiting status is also communicated.

The application category and selected service determine the applicable charges. Before payment, the applicant can review the visa fee, processing costs, tax and any consultancy service fee as separate items.

Private consultancy covers preparation and process support within the chosen package. A refund request is assessed against the work already started or provided, the application stage, any visa fee paid, transaction costs and the relevant Service Agreement provisions.

Applicants remain responsible for providing accurate, current and complete details. A wrong passport number or travel date, an unsuitable purpose, missing files or an invalid supporting document may affect the outcome.

We cannot promise approval, a decision within a particular period or entry into Türkiye. A visa does not remove the assessment made under the applicable rules at the border.

Arrange flights, accommodation, meetings, appointments and other commitments with your own travel circumstances in mind. Before departure, check the visa status, passport validity, supporting documents and entry conditions.

Application details may include identity and passport information, travel dates, contact details, supporting files and limited payment-transaction information. These are processed under the applicable privacy policy and Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

The information may be used to provide the requested service, communicate with the applicant, complete payment and security checks, deliver results, meet legal duties and improve service quality.

A small inconsistency can have a large effect on a trip. Reviewing the information and raising an obvious problem early can help the applicant address a missing document, a typing error or a misunderstood condition before proceeding.
